There is a Zip thingy, u need 7zip, just search it on google and download the one thats right for you. Then open the panex thing with 7zip, then copy the panex folder inside and place it in C:\ drive.
Hey when i do your private server thingy....lol when i download the Panex Public 6.4 is donwlaods a rar and there is no Panex Public 6.4 folder... help meh..
