I do not play WC3, but just found out that Garena scans for Game.dll modification at the first 30 seconds, meaning if you activate your hacks later, they stay undetected.

Dear kusanagi_yagami, the maphack is detected indeed and soon i will make a new version when i am free. Meanwhile you can trick garena by the following way:

Start WC3 without garena, make all options from the hack to 0 and exit the game
Start Garena and then WC3, wait 30 seconds so Garena can scan your game for hacks and after that start your options as desired from the F5 menu. good luck?
