some asswipe stole my LG envy, 350 bucks, need help!!

my phone got stolen, its lg envy vx9900 and i am really mad,e bceasue its got a 4gig music card in it, and about 1000 songs on it, and its got tons of game and loads of stuff that i payed for, and since i am a little poor at the moment, i really need it back! and i am going throuhg withdrawls becasue i need music, really badly.
i have alot of business stuff on it like paypal, and all my contact info including my socila numbers and others, and whats even worse, verizon wont help becasuse they want me to sign another contract wiht them, becasue there ass holes and want money, and i cant sign another contract becasue i dont have the money to.
so i was wondering if any of you could help me find it, you dont have to get it of course, just give me a house adress, and ill go commando with my paintball gun on who ever lives there till i get my phone.
also, when i call it on my home phone, it says its been disconnected......so i dont know if its traceable, but i know it still emits a gps signal, er well i was using the gps about an hours before it was stolen....

all i know about my phone:

in the united states, hopefully.
verizon cell phone carrier
bluetooth enabled and on
gps enabled, and on
cant call it, dont know why.
stolen this morning at aproxmatly 8.00 am so not to long ago
verizon is a bitch
phone battery wont go dead till april 24, i konw this casue it displays when i will die, and i remeber it say april 24 i dont know the hour.

and thats it.
help if you can, or just give me some tips on what i can do, keep in mind that i am still signed to a contract wiht them, so if the person wiht my phone decideds to dl hundedes of songs i will have to go to court to not pay for them, and i wouldnt want to have to go through taht long process.

already did, they wont help, i dont have proof it was stolen, which if you think about, its impossible to have proff it was stolen.....
and ya but i dont know how to track gps, does anyone?

First thing you should do is to tell the police that your mobile phone has been stolen.

lock this thread, my phone was found, or leave it open and i can help ppl find there lost phoenes

i found my phone using a gps/satlite fix, i went on the net and started serching how to find my phone and found a site that would track it for me for free, which i though was cool, so i entered my stuffs, and an hour or so later i got a call saying the lat long cordinates of it, and i grabbed my paint ball gun, picked up 2 friends, (one had a gps with latitude and longitude grid) and about 30 minuates later (we got turned around a few times) we came to gated community, and according to the gps the phone was just 500 metes from the gate, so we ditched the car, hopped the fence, and zmog, there was a lady right there walking here, dog, and seeing our paintball guns, started to scream. we comically started laughing, and told her it was ok, and told her the story about how my phone got jacked and we were going to get it, she then told us that this was a rich neighbor hood and we must be mastaken, but we instsed, so we left and went to were the gps said it was, hid our paintball guns behind our backs and rung the door bell. no one anwsered.....so we kept ringing and ringing and ringing, and no one anwsered, so we decided to wait and see who comes, and about an hour later, someone comes home, its a forty year old guy, i go up to him (wiht out my paintball gun) and kindly ask if he has any kids, he say he has a 2 sons, and i ask if any of them has a orenge envy, and right as i said orenge, he raises his eyebrows, he says yes that his son said a friend gave it to him, we then told him that it was my phone and he had to of stolen it. as we were telling him this he noticed one of the paintball guns and asked if we planned on taking it with force, and we said yes, he then smiled and said, i was going to ground my son, but instead you guys and paint ball him when he comes home, and we ask when that wil be and he says in about 15 minuates, so we hide in bushes and xmog he comes driving home in a old beat up volkes wagon, we seeing this, open up wiht out paint ball guns, loaded wiht florcent pink!!! ownage!! broke 3 windows and totally ruined the paint job as well as the inside of the car!!!

so lessons to all you phone jackers, dont fuck whit people that own paint ball guns and care alot about there phones.
