Help keep dc

ok like alot of people when i run server fine no errors at all, its loading i click on server click on the other server thing to log in right before the login screen, and i dc and the login screen doesnt appear because i disconnect. people told me i cant connect to global on a local network, but then how i connect localy or fix the problem? PLZ SUM 1 HELP ME!:police::police:

i had the same probleme then you becose in tutorial they dont show every place that you need to place your IP so carful and to solve my probleme i ask 2 pepole to come help me and one of them have been abble to place th IP all in corect place and also SQL password. Thats all i can say to help you just look every files possible and check them carfuly good luck
