Getting people to connect; client

I abandoned the whole Heoria thing and decided to use 1.2Q with castle siege. I followed the guide for non-router and got the server to work. The problem is getting other people to connect. I made my own launcher too and put in my ip and port 44405 like it shows for the guides. I don't have a global ip since im non-router. I tested online and both my global and normal ip show up as the same ip. They get a "disconnected from server" message. I can log in and walk around town so at least I can connect. I need a very well described solution on how to fix this so that my friends can connect.

Edit: I tried hamachi and that failed. I put the hamachi IP in all the files where I put my normal ip, including my friends launcher. Still "disconnected from server"

I need some help badly. I have been at this non-stop for a week. I started with not even being able to connect myself but now I can. I know I can do this I just need someone to kind of guide me along the steps. Again, I am non-router. I tried disabling firewalls but they still got disconnected. I don't need a website right now I just need it so people can connect and play. Ill make the accounts manually and stuff but for now my goal is getting my friend to connect.

Tried hamachi again today. I made sure I put in all the ips right but my friend still got "server offline" from the launcher and he still d/c when trying to play. I don't know what else to try. This is been a dream of mine to start a server of my own for almost 5 years.
