I have a big bugggg

I can login but when I got to click on my character the window just exits I dont even have a chance to click on the character it just exits out how can i fix this?

try moving your character you made to somewhere else. This had happend to me a couple times i thought it was the map or something but just try to warp him otherwise hummmm....... check and make sure ur ip is correct in the connect to server part. Not sure just throwing ideas out there honestly but hey nvr know it might be right :grin:

PS: I will edit my stadium monsters and i will post it up here but i just need it where i can log on without the net. You see i dont have the internet yet setup at my house but here at my cuz i do. If i can just get on and go to each cage and make a monster edit like that ill try my best to help people out with moving monsters for them and putting them where they want them. With npc thats going to be a little bit harder because i dont know the litte 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 code thingy yet lol! But im editing my monsters atm and moving them to where i want them anyone else need anything about the monsters just let me know. Hope i could be of some help with people ^^. Peace out!

Well I have a little problem. I followed the guide excatly what is says and when I try to enter the game I click on Server 1 and then I get dced. Can someone help me?

Great tutorial!
I managed to log into my server with my local IP address, and i fixed like 90% of the bugs with 2-3 days,
but , you should add some help , how to edit shops/spawns and how to make a website.
but yeah ,best tutorial for 1.2Q

For router no use local : just 127.0.0.1
No global except in mapserverinfo.dat (keep the s in front,and ip must be numbers)
Local IP : Luancher and Cs.ini (connectserver)
and for launcher use port 44405.

Thankz Milamber. I got a few more problems though...I'm the only one that can connect to the server and it's on the comp I built it on. How do I make my server public so my friends can play it to?

Just so people are aware not all routers are 127.0.0.1 some are 192.168.0.1 and also 10.1.1.1. These are factory settings to which you will have to check on your own machine.
