Demon Slayer

Difficulty level: Medium

Start location: This quest starts in the center of Varrock market.

Head over to the red and white striped tent and talk to the gypsy inside. She will ask you for some money, only 1 gold, to get your palm read. She will then tell you that you are the chosen one, the one who will save the whole of Varrock from a mega demon called Delrith who, whilst alive, destroyed Varrock 150 years ago! She tells you of a special sword named Silverlight, the only sword powerful enough to defeat Delrith. Also note the proper incantation the gypsy tells you when asking how Wally killed the demon.

Required:

Items: 1 gp, bucket/jug of water (bucket can be obtained in quest) and 25 normal bones (cannot be noted)

Monsters: Delrith

NPC: Gypsy (Varrock), Sir Prysin (Varrock Palace), Captain Rovin (Varrock Palace), Wizard Traiborn (Wizards Tower)

1: Acquiring the sword:

Go north from the tent into the castle, if you go a little North-west you will see a man named Sir Prysin, the person who is supposed to have Silverlight. He explains the Silverlight situation to you and sets you off on a quest to find 3 keys.

2: The First Key

The easiest of all, go to the NW corner of the castle and go up the staircase twice, talk to Captain Rovin and he will eventually give you the key.

3: The Second Key

Go to the castle kitchen (northeast corner) and go through the door to the courtyard and just to left of the exit you will see a drain. You will need a bucket of water, you can find a bucket by climbing the ladder in the kitchen, use the bucket on the kitchen sink to fill it with water. Use the bucket/jug (with water in it) on the drain and the key will fall into Varrock sewers. To get to the sewers, it's the (!) symbol on the map, east of the castle. The key is on the North-western path.
Note: There is a bucket respawn just upstairs above the palace kitchen.

4: The Third key:

For this one, you must make your way to the Wizards Tower, which is south-southeast of Draynor Village. Stop at the bank to get your 25 bones (or kill any easy monster like Chickens or Goblins to get them), as these are needed to get the third and final key. Once there, go up the stairs and talk to wizard Traiborn. You can also fight the wizards in the area for bones.

5: The Fight:

After you have gotten all three keys make your way back to Varrock castle and talk to Sir Prysin and he will give you the Silverlight Sword. Now make your way to south of Varrock (you should see a stone circle) recite the incantation (this varies for every player) and fight Delrith.

Reward:

Silverlight Sword.
Quest points gained on completion: 3

Tips, tricks & notes:

If you lose Silverlight after completing the quest, you can purchase another from Sir Prysin for 500 gp.
If you forgot the incantation, you can go back the fortune teller and ask her for it.

Finally i've done the runescape quest "demon slayer", its really a hard and unforgetable experience i've ever had in at least playing games, i just want to share the hard work to everybody here and tell you guys how to do it smoothly. Here goes:

Part 1: Starting the Quest

Talk to the Gypsy.
Go to Varrock Castle.
Talk to Sir Prysin.
Items needed: 1GP.

Talk to the Gypsy in the tent next to Varrock Square (the marketplace). Ask to have your palm read. One coin is required for this. The Gypsy will tell you a story about a hero named Wally and a demon named Delrith. After she is finished ask her both options (the incantation and where the Silverlight is). Write down the incantation as it is extremly important later in the quest.

Go north to Varrock Castle. Once inside (turn west when first inside and go in the first door on this side nearest the main door), talk to Sir Prysin . Tell him you were sent by Gypsy Aris and ask him where Silverlight is. Next choose either option (it doesn't matter which one), and Prysin will tell you about three keys you need to find. Ask him about each one and he will give you some information.

Part 2: Finding the Keys

Flush the key and get it from the sewer.
Talk to Captain Rovin and get his key.
Give Trailborn 25 bones and get his key.
Items needed: Bucket/Jug, 25 Bones.

Prysin tells you about how he dropped his key down the drain. Take your bucket or jug and go to the room in the north-east corner of the castle with the water drop icon (buckets and jugs spawn upstairs in a bedroom) .

Fill your bucket or jug by using it on the sink in that room. Then go outside and find the drain . Search it and you will see the key. Use your bucket or jug of water on it and it will be washed down into the sewers.

Now that you've flushed the key down, quickly make your way out of the palace, and just north of Horvik's armoury. Climb down into the sewer. Go several steps further in and look at the map in the top right-hand corner. You should see two passageways. Take the one to the west and you should end up in an area like this. There, next to the sewer pipe, should be the key. If it's not there, flush it through again. If it is, pick it up.

Now go to the north-west corner of Varrock Castle. You should see a spiral staircase . Climb up it twice (two floors). You should find yourself in a small room with Captain Rovin. Tell him you have something important to say, and then tell him about Delrith. He will give you the second key.

Go to the Wizard Tower, which is located south of Draynor Village. Find the wizard named Traiborn, who is located in the north-east corner of the second floor . Talk to him and ask for the key. When he asks you what key, ask him if he has any keys "knocking around". He will tell you that he needs 25 bones for a ritual. When you have 25 bones, talk to him again. He will give you the third key.

Part 3: Slaying Delrith

Go to the Circle South of Varrock.
Slay Delrith.
Items needed: The Three Keys previously obtained during the Quest, Food and Magic Defence equipment (Leather Armour).

Note: You must be quick to attack Delrith once the cut-scene has ended, or you will be attacked by the Dark Wizards and will have to kill them all so you can get onto Delrith. The Dark Wizards will not attack you if your combat level is over double theirs.

Return to Sir Prysin in Varrock Castle and give him the three keys. He will give you the sword Silverlight. Now go to stone henge-style circle south of Varrock. You will then see a cutscene where the Dark Wizards summon Delrith.

Delrith (Level-27) will walk around the stone dolmen until you attack him . You need to have the Silverlight equipped in order to attack him. When you are about to kill him you will need to choose the incantation the Gypsy told you, as it is random for everyone. Once you select it, Delrith will be forced back into the dolmen, and you have completed the quest.
