The Restless Ghost

Difficulty level: Easy

Start location: Father Aereck at Lumbridge. He wants you to get rid of ghost. Go meet his friend.

A ghost is haunting Lumbridge graveyard. The priest of the Lumbridge church of Saradomin wants you to find out how to get rid of it.

Monsters: Skeleton (level 13)

NPC: Father Aereck, Father Urhney and Ghost

1- Father Aereck at the Lumbridge church sends you to his friend Father Urhney in Lumbridge Swamp.

2- There are two ways to get to Father Urhney's house:

Go north and west around Lumbridge Castle, and then south . You will come to a wall that blocks off the Swamp from the woods. Follow the wall west until it ends, then go southwest as far as you can to a small house north of a mining area.
Or, walk south through the Lumbridge graveyard on the path. You will come to the Fishing tutor and a mining area. Walk straight west from this area a *long* way. You will pass a tiny uninhabited house; keep walking. You will also pass the members only Lumbridge dungeon/cave entrance; don't stop to explore it without a spiny helm and lantern. Keep walking. When you reach the west coast of this area, you will see a mine to the south and Father Urhney's house to the north.
3- Speak to the surly Father Urhney to get a Ghostspeak amulet.

4- Wear the amulet and go back to Lumbridge graveyard and talk to the ghost in the crypt. He wants you to bring his skull back.

5- You can find the skull in the basement of Wizard Tower, located southeast of Draynor Village. In the eastern room there is an altar, search this to find the skull and you will get attacked by a level 13 Skeleton that you can either fight or just run from.

6- Return to the ghost and speak to it, then place the skull on his coffin. He can finally rest in peace.

Reward:

Ghostspeak amulet
1,125 prayer exp
Quest points gained on completion: 1

Tips, tricks & notes:

You can drop the Ghostpeak amulet after this quest, then get another one anytime from Father Urhney if needed for later member quests. It is also possible to take your Ghostspeak amulet with you to Father Urhney, drop it, talk to him to get another, and then pick them both up to have 2 amulets. If desired, you can continue to drop, get another and pick them all up at the end to have even more extras.
