Easy way to complete the drunk and disorderly mission for Fighters Guild

If you want to complete the "drunk and disorderly" (you'll have to get eight portions of ectoplasm for Margarte) mission for Fighters Guild very fast, just go to a place called "The Count's Arms" in Anvil. You will find a man there whos name is Velwyn Benirus, he has a house for sale (the house is btw Called Benirus Manor). The house will cost 5000 gold. to get the gold simply do this:

1. Press "|" (laptop) or "~" (desktop)
2. Type: player.additem 00000000F 5000
3. 5000 gold is added to your inventory.

Next steps:
4. Buy the house and go to it.
5. Go to the bed in the house and sleep.
6. Wow! the house is hanuted
7. When you wake up you find out that there are 3-4 ghosts in the house.
8. Kill them and take the ectoplasm.
9. Go out of the house, then in again. New ghosts will be in the house everytime you go into it.
10. Give Margarte her eight portions of ectoplasm. She will give the Fighters Guild guys a mission
11. Go the the three fighters guild guys in Leyawiin (they are in The Five Claws Lodge) who has got their mission stolen by the Blackwood Company and give them their new mission. The mission is to get ogre's teeth and Minitaur Horns
12. Travel to Modryn Oreyn and tell him that you have successfully finished your mission
