Skeleton Key - Unbreakable Lockpick

Tired of breaking lockpicks all the time? Head to this shrine to obtain the skeleton key which is an unbreakable lockpick, it isnt a 100% chance to pick the lock, but you can mash the auto-pick button till it finally succeeds. To start this quest you must be level 10, thats the only downside. Unlike other shrines, no offering is required and it doesnt have to be a certain time of day to talk to the shrine. Your quest is to return the "eye of nocturnal" back to the shrine. It is believed that two argonians stole the eye and they are hiding out in Leyawiin. Talk to a guard in Leyawiin about there whereabouts then head on over to the house. They will act foolish, denying all connections with the missing treasure. Head around the corner to the door, and enter sneak mode and listen in on their conversation. You will learn they have hidden it in Tidewater Cave. Follow the marker over to the cave and enter. Upon entering you will fight some creatures (bears, mountain lions, trolls, etc.). Take the path on the left and follow it; you will need to dive down to recover the "eye of nocturnal." Once you have this, backtrack out of the cave and return to the shrine to receive your new lockpick that will last you the entire game.
