Body Snatcher's Glitch
(Tested on Xbox 360 version only)
A rather odd glitch that can be accessed is this glitch, which allows the player to transport themselves from their physical body. (Essentially separating the character model/animations from the player. Items needed are: A horse, and an enemy with a paralyzing capability (can be an enemy with a magic paralysis attack [Spider Daedra, certain mages], or an enemy armed with a weapon which does paralyzing damage.) The object is to have this enemy use their paralysis attack while you are on your horse, hitting the horse, which allows for the rest of the glitch.
NOTE: Save your game before attempting, as the game may need to be exited and reloaded to undo the effects of this glitch. 1) Find your enemy, arm them if neccesary (some civlians will pick up weapons you leave on the ground if they are attacked -the woodsman at Aerin's Camp will always do this as he is unarmed).
2) Return to your horse and get on it. Wait for the enemy to use the paralyzing attack. Note: This attack must hit the horse, and not yourself.
3) As soon as this occurs, your horse and yourself will begin to fall sideways. IMMEDIATELY, press the button that will make you get off your horse. Then move as far away from the area as possible to avoid being hit again (this will reverse the effect).
4)Kill the enemy that attacked you without being hit by their attack again. This step is not necessary but the rest of the glitch will be easier if you do. (Long range is easiest, and turning difficulty to low will help.
5) Switch to 3rd person mode (if you werent already in that mode). You will find that your body is entirely invisible. (But watch out because enemies will still recognize your invisible self during this glitch). First person will usually appear normal.
6) Return to your horse and look on the ground or near the horse. You should see your body lying there (sometimes already standing up, but immobile). This "puppet" self will complete any action you do yourself without actually moving, leading to some interesting poses, and effects. To change the character's unmoving pose, you will need to get onto your horse in FIRST-person mode, and then get off again and switch to third-person at any time after you get off the horse. The body (only visible in third-person), will mirror whatever stance you were at the exact time of switching between first and third person. (After this last initial on and off the horse, every time you switch between first and third person the character will do re-animate in the last position).
This glitch, while effectively useless in gameplay, is incredibly funny and may help with amateur film-makers in getting complicated shots of their characters in 3rd person. Try magic and archery, also try dropping and switching items

Have fun.
