Ok everyone i have bombers approval to do this. I have some English questions,

1.Is it "good" or is it "well"
2.Is aint a word?
3.If someone says hello neighbor, how are you. is that proper English?
4.Spell english.

1. As Volund said it depends on the context.
2. Yes ain't is a word. It is in the dictionary but some old people still think that it is not a word.
3. It can be proper english but You would usually wait for the neighbor to reply before you say How are You? Example: "Hello Ganom!" Neighbor replies "Hello Bomber!" You ask the question "How are you?" or "How are you doing today?". Good enough?
