Can u help me plz with this 3 steps.
STEP1:The language is dutch all the time and i cant change it can u help me with it?
STEP2:after i have opened the server.exe i open the loader(notepad i saved in habbo folder)it dont work,,, it's on dutch and it dont work to register or to log in.
STEP:How can i be admin,server owner,leader.....

Well. you can use another loader. use google for that. i think you did not fill in all the information.
You can make admins in your server.exe its realy simple dude.
