Urination.

My cat has a problem doing this on things, like my clothes and my bed. It is a recent problem, but sometimes he uses his litter box. Neutered and declawed. IDK what the hell.

Than it's normal at that age, our cat and dog did that to. Just show it what is right and where he can do it

(Let's use he cause it seems more nicer)
Yeap. Everytime when he urinated on a place he shouldn't be, make him know it's wrong. Hit him or just pull him away or something(not hit that hard, just as long as he knows its wrong), Then tell him or bring him to the place where he should. Keep doing that until he gets used to it. Then everything will be fine
