hey yeros some simple ways to find out is looking at a digital clock, looking away, then looking at it again. if your dreaming, the 2nd time u look the clock will most likely have changed times. also try reading text then reading it again. dreaming: text would change to somethin else.

also, for those that this is working for, just out of curiosity which methods are u using/work the best for u cuz to be honest im havin a little trouble doin it myself X)

Hehe my first lucid dream (mmh well dunno if it can be called lucid since I knew I was dreaming yet I didn't controll it completely) was also a Sex-Dream, but more like a Harem...
Problem was I didn't feel anything so I decided to wake up...

But kept reading amd weird thing is I some times have been able to control my dreams, when that happens I'm mostly aware of my self being asleep and being able to wake my self up anytime I want, never been able to control 100% but been able to control main things happening, so very nice post
But being able to control such would take >much< mental training
