Pick 5-10 of your favorite songs
Put them on repeat
Just listen to those songs over and over and over and over, you eventually tune them out and viola, you're doing whatever else you were supposed to be doing! Hope this helps anyone. Post with feedback/experiences

i must try out some time
Nah didn't work, I got off track and sang along :&
I will try it, however, I doubt it will work since all my favorite songs are all Metallica. Not really the soothing-est kind of music.![]()
Sound to be good. will try and post my feedback![]()

I've always found that it depends on what task i'm doing to what music i'll listen to. If i'm coding, I don't mind a bit of 30STM or something a bit heavier. However if i'm doing math, classical or any ambient music usually works a treat.
