    There are 3 ways to loose 1kg v. fast

    Its actually horrible bad for you...

    You'll damage your body in these areas the most.

    - Stomach
    - Legs(calf muscle)
    - Liver

    And also you'll become even more fat in the long run since once your metabolism becomes lowered once and it reaches its new one that will be about 0.6% higher which is A-LOT in 20years.

    Not eating with water really works (I do it every once in a while when my belly is getting ahead of my chest).

    Like you said, you will feel tired...

    This is what I do, exactly what you said (on weekends).
    On the week days, (5 times out of 5 days)

    Breakfast (4 ~ 9 AM)
    Fruit / Milk / Coffee / toast ('KEY'you dont need to feel full to stop eating )

    Lunch (If work out day) 11 ~ 120 pm
    Steamed Rice, red meet, unions, 4 egg whites, veggies, 3 ~ 6 oranges.

    If gym, working your belly is the most time consuming out of all

    Absolutely do not inject Winstrol Organon in yourself.

    Dinner ( :'/ ) (NO LATER THAN 6 OCLOCK) (Not good if Not Work Out Day)
    This is the worse step ... "IF" absolutely IF.... you plan on eating dinner, eat before 6 oclock.

    Everybody's weight fluctuates constantly and it's mainly due to water weight. If you're trying to lose weight, like the OP says, try drinking water as people commonly mistake hunger for thirst -- or try eating mint as it is an appetite suppressant.

    Trying to maintain a low weight is much different, however. It would typically require boosting muscle mass or your BMR (basal metabolic rate). The higher your muscle mass is, the more fat you will burn. It's ironic but that's how it works.

    Starving yourself won't make you lose weight faster as you need food for your body to function properly -- and if your body isn't functioning properly you're not burning calories idly as fast as normal. And when you do next have a meal, more junk will be stored than if you ate regularly.

    There's a lot of factors to weight loss and weight gain but those are the main points. I have a fairly good background knowledge of bodybuilding because of my dad, so if you have any questions on it, PM me or email me. (:

    Yeah, exercising in the morning will raise your BMR (basal metabolic rate) for the rest of the day and you will burn more calories whilst idle/active rather than if you train in the afternoon/evening. (:

    Not necessarily. When you break your fast (start eating after not eating for a while) then your body will save more of the fat in the food -- sort of like a hibernation thing.
