    And it will make you get tired quick.. performance decreased.

    The fastest way to lose weight is less input more output. In other words, less intake of food and more output of excersise. Good luck

    Gym is unnessary spending of money, in my opinion. I usually do push-ups, sit-ups, and go bike around our city for a good while. I'm in pretty good shape, but Im not like overly-buff. Its like the perfect cut.

    ya gym is definitely waste of money. there many ways to exercise without need of those special machines.

    Or just watch what you eat .. you know, dont just sit at home on the computer eating mcdonalds all day and watching a familyguy marathon .. like sure that stuff is fun for alittle bit, but Id say around 5-6 go out with some friends.

    Funny thing is I eat 3 take-outs per day and I'm still skinny.

    Yeah but my dad was a bodybuilder so I wanna follow his steps.

    If you're just looking at keeping healthy then yes, what you suggest will suffice.

    Gaining weight isn't a bad thing, unless you are putting in alot. The past 3 years I have been around the 150 pounds mark.
