    How to lose 1kg in 1 day *The easiest way*

    Listen up fat people of D3scene
    Are you tired of looking for a specialist to lose a few KGs/LBs per month/year?
    Are you tired for googling "How to lose weight fast" and always reading the same thing (Have a healthy meals, bla bla bla, you shall start losing weight in 100 years, and go fuck yourself fat bitch )?
    No?
    Well, at least I was tired
    I tried everything to lose weight fast without caring if it was unhealthy (Yes, I did stop eating for a entire day)
    A few days ago I found out that water CAN fool your brain when you are hungry. That means if you are hungry you can drink a lot of water, and have that "OMFG why did I eat so much?" feeling for some time.

    Enough with the talking! What should I do?

    Here is what you should do: Drink water everytime you are hungry, you will probably feel very BAD because this IS NOT HEALTHY.
    You will stop eating PLUS you will go to the bathroom a lot, wich is a very good thing
    I started doing this yesterday, and in 35 hours I lost 2kg

    VERY IMPORTANT, READ THIS FOR GOD'S SAKE:
    DONT PUSH YOURSELF: You will probably feel tired (at least I did), but if you feel you can't do it anymore STOP IT! I felt like that, I started eating normally and I still lost my 2 kgs. You can continue after you feel you are ready
    THIS SHOULDN'T BE DONE CONTINUOUSLY: This isnt healthy, so I would recommend you doing it on a weekend (Or some day you wont have to work or go to school) and dont do it for more than 2 days
    AFTER YOU FINISH eat something healthy like vegetables (eww), fruits (yummy) and all that shit

    If you listen to my warnings you should lose weight fast, the unhealthy way of course, and still suffer no damage (I think)
    I can confirm that this works, BUT I can't confirm this wont do you any bad.

    I used to do this. And it worked wouldn't eat for 3-4 days and would only drink water.
    I lost around 10 kg
    THe last time I tried it I didnt drink that much water so i didnt lose more then 2kg and my stomach was really sensitive if I ate some food I would have to go to the toilet. After I started to eat i gained the 2kg so depending this can be a jojo diet or a real 1.

    After 2-3 days your body gets used to food abstention (or not eating) at least for me that is.

    I've tried this as well. I lost like 10 kg, and my mother asked me why I was so thin, I just told her I didn't eat much anymore (I was living with my father, so she couldn't control what and when I eated).

    This is not healthy at all, but it does work

    Well I can try for like 5 days (If I can get to 5th day XD)...than go eat normal and do exercise

    Nah is noob-method an depends on the weight of the user.

    If a fat kid does 24h nothing and drinks only something he can loose up to 5kg, no problem at all.

    Even a normal person can loose 2-3 kilo in the first 24 hours easy with only drinkin low-fat fluids like water, its no hack, its a well known method.

    if you dont eat in 24 hours ur body will use all of the stored fat( weight ) for energy. Now ur metabolism lowers DRAMATICALLY and you'll feel tired and you wont be able to focus. Then, ur body breaks down ur muscles and use that for energy. With a lowered metabolism, once you eat you will gain ALOT of weight. So now you are unhealthy and back where u started. grats

    edit: if your going to do this i suggest eating something whole grain the the morning with alot of fiber
