Are you tired of looking for a specialist to lose a few KGs/LBs per month/year?
Are you tired for googling "How to lose weight fast" and always reading the same thing (Have a healthy meals, bla bla bla, you shall start losing weight in 100 years, and go fuck yourself fat bitch )?
Well, at least I was tired
I tried everything to lose weight fast without caring if it was unhealthy (Yes, I did stop eating for a entire day)
A few days ago I found out that water CAN fool your brain when you are hungry. That means if you are hungry you can drink a lot of water, and have that "OMFG why did I eat so much?" feeling for some time.
Enough with the talking! What should I do?
Here is what you should do: Drink water everytime you are hungry, you will probably feel very BAD because this IS NOT HEALTHY.
You will stop eating PLUS you will go to the bathroom a lot, wich is a very good thing
I started doing this yesterday, and in 35 hours I lost 2kg
VERY IMPORTANT, READ THIS FOR GOD'S SAKE:
DONT PUSH YOURSELF: You will probably feel tired (at least I did), but if you feel you can't do it anymore STOP IT! I felt like that, I started eating normally and I still lost my 2 kgs. You can continue after you feel you are ready
THIS SHOULDN'T BE DONE CONTINUOUSLY: This isnt healthy, so I would recommend you doing it on a weekend (Or some day you wont have to work or go to school) and dont do it for more than 2 days
AFTER YOU FINISH eat something healthy like vegetables (eww), fruits (yummy) and all that shit
If you listen to my warnings you should lose weight fast, the unhealthy way of course, and still suffer no damage (I think)
I can confirm that this works, BUT I can't confirm this wont do you any bad.
