What I did?
All started last year in september, I was looking for some exercises, some real ones, I searched and searched, talked with a friends, and there are 1 pack of exercises you can do just for the abs which is the "Abs of Stone", really really cool, you can get abs in some few months if you do it strictly and with good alimentation!
But I didn't really get with it I wasn't really concentrated in it, so I did for like 2 weeks and didn't do it no more, this year, January, I started the real work and found another pack of exercises called the "Spartan Workout" or something like that...
It is a pack of exercises for your whole body, every single exercises works most of your body!
After 1 month you can really notice diferences! But after 1 year, if you do it correctly and with good alimentation and relaxing you can already have a fucking good sexy body!
This is my evolution since day 1!
1st January until around 10th March I guess....
Im more interested in what diet u used while you were doing the exercises.

Abs are a main thing to have, but you shouldnt only concentrate on your abs. They are part of a "core" .... meaning you should also try to tune around your abs (like your legs and your back muscles.) That way it will look more toned, and it wont put all the stress on your abs.
Yeah now I got some kind of sixpack stored under fat Any suggestion to loose wight?
Some basic and easy exercises for 6 pack abs are leg lifts, the plank, and the crunch.
These exercise can be performed on the floor with an exercise mat.
For the six pack abs, a person has not only strengthened their abs by performing exercises,
but also follow a diet and workout routine that hilp him to have a low body fat and help to visible

Don't take creatine unless you wan't to get big, and don't take creatine unless you're doing some sort of weight lifting. Little couch crunches are semi-efficient and all.. but if you really wanna get down and dirty to get a bit of definition do some p90x and cardio. Along with cutting out carbonated drinks/poptarts. 2-3weeks you WILL notice a difference.
