    Dude get some fat first. I dont want to be rude or something but its easy to get those when u are so skinny.

    You can get the quick abs by following a balanced diet plan including raspberries,yogurt in the morning and drink green tea twice a day.Also do the following abs workouts regularly.
    Foot to Foot Crunch
    Alternative Curls
    Unreaching Crunch,
    Leg up Touch Crunch,
    Double Crunch,
    Leg Lifts,
    Exercise Vernon Hills
    Planks.

    Stop thinking that u can have a 6 pack abs in 2-3 weeks, first of all every human has got a 6 pack. However some hide it under a fat layer, but still there is a 6 pack which is not visible for us. Another important point is if u take creatine etc. u can speed up your process to reach your aims, but u will also loose it faster if u stop taking it. Just take your time to build up a nice body, normally the natural process without creatine... takes 1-3 years or longer, it depends on what u want.

    If you truly dedicate yourself you can achieve anything in a month or two, the secret is routine.
    I lost 14kg in two weeks when I ate more and better then ever.
    Didn't take any supplements or anything gained more muscle and defined myself better.

    Gained back the kg half a year later when it was Christmas bec of my grandma.
