Same here. I eat everything and cant get any fat but i am not skinny.
Once i tryed with vitamins : Ca nad Mg.
I got 5kg in 1 week.
Its not fake.
Its coz Ca and Mg makes you feel like u are hungry every 30 40 mins.
But i lost 4 kg after i run out vitamins lol.
Anyways it was boring to eat every 30 mins.
P.S the best way to exercise is to do series of exercises.
Like workout for 10 mins rest for 2mins. And repeat everything again.
The best way to do your exercise is to push yourself to the limit.
When u feel like your feel burning pain, its good to push your self a bit more.
Thats how you get stronger muscles.

I don't know if i have a fast metabolism or what, but i eat a crap load of food and don't gain any weight. Probably contributing to helping me maintain my thin figure is fencing, for those of you looking to lose weight, you could probably try it out even though it is an unusual sport but fun as well
