    Suffering from stress? Sleep pattern not what it used to be?

    What about room temperatures? Too hot? Too cold?

    I used to have a problem like that where I couldn't sleep. I recommend you take melatonin. It is a hormone which naturally occurs in the body and it is used to induce sleep. I also find it makes me feel fantastic the next morning when I wake up. Just make sure you are able to take it and that it will not interfere with other medications you are taking and all that jazz (even though I doubt it could be lethal if taken in the recommended dose which I believe is 3mg a night.)

    Even if i really cant talk about that moral, do or not do shit, i still tell you, any meds for just some sleep problems?

    Go fap before sleep, and just close your eyes and dont move, its pretty simple.

    Not as simple as you think bro. I can lay down, close my eyes and not move for HOURS. It doesn't do the trick.

    My body has convinced itself there is only one position I am able to even remotely fall asleep in. It's like this...

    But yeah, its on my back with my hands like that.

    I couldnt sleep like that anyways, i lay down on the side, also dont think about stuff, i just stop thinking.
