Its been a while since I have seen them, but I still feel there melting type of presence.
I used to have a problem like that where I couldn't sleep. I recommend you take melatonin. It is a hormone which naturally occurs in the body and it is used to induce sleep. I also find it makes me feel fantastic the next morning when I wake up. Just make sure you are able to take it and that it will not interfere with other medications you are taking and all that jazz (even though I doubt it could be lethal if taken in the recommended dose which I believe is 3mg a night.)
Not as simple as you think bro. I can lay down, close my eyes and not move for HOURS. It doesn't do the trick.
My body has convinced itself there is only one position I am able to even remotely fall asleep in. It's like this...
