I shall now explain to all who read this how to perform the deformed rock.. I literally invented this. Probably around the age of 8. I named it this because you are bent in many places, and you arent really squishy because you have bones, so you are a rock. Excuse the title of this thread. I just discovered a better name for it. Sooo.
Warning! Do not attempt this if you are not double jointed!
Warning! Only do this if you want to freak people out!
Warning! If you do perform this, I am not liable for any injuries you might acquire during this thing. I have not seen anyone get hurt, but i just want to be safe.
Warning! Do everything slowly, so you don't get hurt.
Warning! Listen to the warnings!
Make sure you have a clear amount of space and strong arms.
Step 1: Sit on the floor. Sit up, with your legs spread out.
Step 2: Grab your right leg.
Step 3: Bend you head down, and slowly bring your knee up and around your head.
Step 4: Lift up your head so your leg doesn't fall. Make sure your leg stays by adding force to keep it in place.
Step 5: Grab your left leg.
Step 6: Repeat Steps 3 & 4.
Step 7: Lock your feet together so they stay in place.
Step 8: By now, you should be in a ball-like form. All you have to do now, is use your hands to carry you.
Step 9: Use your hands and slowly use them to walk to where ever you so please. As long as its possible.
I am able to do this whenever i please. Though, it is harder now then when I was 8.
