    i just eat whatever the fuck i want and either wake up 1-2 pounds less or 1-2 pounds more. It's whatever luck I got that day lol

    I wasnt serious in a general speaking sense, for smaller/lighter persons and/or especially girls, a 500-800 cal meal is fine and you can still cook very creative and tasty within that range.
    but for me, that really would a) be way too less even when loosing weight b) way to much effort to cook (I know you could just cook bigger and split for 4 days but meh)

    Honestly, a life hack for losing weight would be running out of meals/money as the semester ends. Like what I'm doing now. It sucks, I wouldn't recommend it, but meh.

    1 hour of walking every day actually makes a difference.
    Its very easy, and its also good for your body.

    If you doesnt pick up bags from mcdonalds 4 times a day ofc.
