    PLEASE do not try this... This will have a multitude of negative effects on your body such as...
    1.) It will begin by you losing some water weight, attributed to the instant "weight" loss
    2.) Your body will begin to burn fat deposits to stay alive, losing some weight.
    3.) In response to 2, your body will also permanently slow down your metabolism in order to make food last longer
    4.) You will begin to feel ultra shitty and will be unable to lose weight anymore, even with a good diet
    5.) When you return to regular eating, you will regain that weight because your metabolism will be so crippled.

    Eating three sticks of celery and a water for lunch is borderline anorexic. You aren't supposed to starve yourself to lose wieght. THat's unhealthy as fuck.
