    Disclaimers: People might think that this one of those "starve yourself diets." GUESS WHAT? IT'S NOT!

    Phase 1 - Morning


    When you get up in the morning, I'm sure you crave a healthy delicious breakfast! Hey, you can still get that! For your breakfast, eat TWO celery stick in cream cheese. GUESS HOW MANY CALORIES THAT IS, 120! AND GUESS HOW MANY THAT ACTUALLY IS, 100! AND GUESS HOW MANY THAT ACTUALLY IS, 0!

    You see, two sticks of celery is 20 calories. What makes it 120 is an ounce of cream-cheese! What makes it 100 you ask. Well, your digestive system actually BURNS OFF the fat from the celery when digesting it! What turns it into zero you ask yourself? Well, GET OUTSIDE AND JOG FOR 20 MINUTES!

    Now your probably asking yourself questions like, "What if I'm still hungry?" ETC ETC!

    The answer to your solution is, DRINK A WATER. BUT DRINK IT SLOWLY. Water actually helps FILL YOU UP! And if your STILL HUNGRY??? EAT MORE CELERY, but make sure to run * the amount of celery you eat!

    Phase 2 - LUNCH
    Nothing much to say here except repeat the process with 3 sticks of celery.

    Also, if you get hungry during the phase of time between lunch and dinner, feel free to eat something else! I'll explain why later!

    Phase 3 - DINNER
    For dinner, feel free to eat WHATEVER YOU PLEASE, just stay in the range of 500-800 calories!

    GO HERE: BMR Calculator

    This will help you figure out how many calories you need to eat to lose weight. As long as you eat LESS than this number, you're GOOD!

    So basically: Eat less while doing more sport.
    Eating only celery may help you for the two days, however, at some point you will lack of power and feel bad.
    Getting in shape needs more than just that ;p

    Well yes, but I wrestle in sports. In other sports, boxing, etc. Making weight is important. In order to make weight, someone might have to say... Cut weight EXTREMELY fast. This is the method that I use, and it worked fine for me. I''m just sharing it now for other uses. But yes, you are extremely correct on the fact that getting in shape requires more than just diet, haha.

    Take dem vitimins, get dat sleep. Take dem massive shits (1-2 pound losses).

    I just started working out more and I've noticed that the biggest way to change your weight is your diet. Eat to fuel, don't over do eet.

    If you really need to cut 5-10 pounds do the blue wash bath. MMA fighters do it.

    500 TO 800! 800 is about... The size of a school lunch. Haha, so yes, definitely not a meal, but if you want to lose weight. You can adjust that to your BMR. If yours is say... 2000+ I wouldn't hesitate with eating 1000 calorie meals.

    It's kind of hard to do this kind of thing at college though. I could just not eat though, that'd do the trick too.

    Also, FYI: 1 pack of ramen = 190 calories
