Those are the official D3scene Rules followed by our D3scene disclaimer. By viewing D3scene you agree, that you have read the rules and that you will not violate the disclaimer and rules.

Please follow these rules while browsing the forum and posting:

General posting rules:

1. Anything a Moderator or Administrator says, goes. Arguing will only get you banned.
2. In case of a dispute, see rule #1.
3. Registering for the purpose of Spamming, Harassing, Advertising, Insulting, or starting Trouble in any way is a ticket to Bansville. This includes offensive usernames, multiple accounts, etc.
4. If you advertise for a competitor, other forum, or excessively promote something that is detrimental to www.d3scene.com you'll be banned.
5. Violent content, racial intolerance, or advocacy against any individual, group, or organization
6. Pornography, adult, or mature content
7. Hacking/cracking content includes guides like Brian Kopps and Joanas!
8. Illicit drugs and drug paraphernalia
9. Excessive profanity
10. Gambling or casino-related content
11. Content regarding programs which compensate users for clicking on ads or offers, performing searches, surfing websites, or reading emails
12. Excessive, repetitive, or irrelevant keywords in the content or code of web pages
13. Deceptive or manipulative content or construction to improve your site's search engine ranking, e.g., your site's PageRank
14. Sales or promotion of weapons or ammunition (e.g., firearms, fighting knives, stun guns)
15. Sales or promotion of beer or hard alcohol
16. Sales or promotion of tobacco or tobacco-related products
17. Sales or promotion of prescription drugs
18. Sales or promotion of products that are replicas or imitations of designer goods
19. Sales or distribution of term papers or student essays
20. Any other content that is illegal, promotes illegal activity, or infringes on the legal rights of others
21. Do not spam. To spam is to hijack/steal others thread with something irrelevant. So if the thread is about the Warcraft III maphack called RedMap, and suddenly someone says something about cookies, then it is spam.
22. Do not ask for idiotic programs which we don't have in our download section. A basic example is the Warcraft 3 Winhack. There will never be a similar Hack. So do not spam, beg or start asking for it. If a such hack should come to existence, we will announce it.
23. Do not post more than one time in a row. If you have posted something, and would like to add something you have forgotten, then use the Edit button () to add what you forgot.
24. Do not bump old threads if unnecessary.
    If programs stop working properly because of a game update and you come across a very old thread that contains a hack that doesn't work anymore, don't bother asking how to get it to work in an obsessive way. Do not go to the forum index and look at page 3 or 4 to find a topic. If we see you do this and post on purpose, then we will warn you.
25. Do not flame/insult other users of D3scene. You are not allowed to flame/insult by posting in the forum, sending and Personal Message (PM) or posting in the shoutbox, even if you are above 18 years. If you do flame/insult, we have the right to ban you from the community for lifetime.
26. If an administrator/moderator tells you something, then take a second and listen, (read it twice) before responding. Remember that we are the ones in charge.
27. The staff has the right to ban you at any time for any reason.
28. Think twice before posting. Your question (or anything) may have been asked before, do a search, and if you don't find anything, then feel free to make a new topic.
29. Spelling and grammar
    Please try to write decent and understandable English "This was spelled wrong", and it will give you a list of the right words. Try Dictionary.com or the google toolbar.
30. If you want to upload a file, attach it to the post or even better use a free host similar to rapidshare. If this file contains a harmful file, you'll be banned.
31. No Advertising (unless approved by an Administrator). If you do not have permission to advertise, 5 infractions will be added to your account for each offending post. (this does not apply to the Private server ads board)

32. Do not use huge or offensive avatars or signature pictures!
    I am aware of the situation. People use huge avatars/signature pictures which lead to overlapping of forum pages. Be reasonable and use decent sizes for your avatars. The max size is 500x200 pixels for signatures and 100x100 for avatars. If you don't obey this rule, your signature/avatar will be removed, and if you add it again, you will receive a warning. Ignoring the warning will lead to permanent ban. Offensive avatars, however, will result in temporary ban.
33. Give detailed explanations of your problems!
    Stating that "I start the bot and it doesn't work! Please help!" won't lead anywhere, if you don't state the full approach of your problem (what you do, how you do it). Give more details on what you have tried, what error you get and what the program doesn't do right.
34. D3scene.com can be shut down at any time and is not willing to perform any Pay-backs.
35. Do not ask if a hack is laddersafe or not. The hacks were meant to be used at singleplayer. They may be useable at ladder games too, but that is not the purpose of the hacks. If they are not useable for ladder games, it will be stated in the first post and in the thread title. If you ask "Is it laddersafe" we will warn you and delete your post. If you ask again, we will warn you for asking, plus for repeating a deleted post.
36. Do not ask people to send files to your email by using the forum, use the PM ( Private message ) system.
37. Do not make multiple accounts. If one of your accounts is banned and you make a new account, you will be permanently IP banned. If you forgot your password, then use the password recovery instead of making a new account.
38. Do not excessively beg another member to give you reputation. Reputation must be earned and given freely. Do not abuse the Rep system.
39. If you do break any rule, then we have the right to close, disable or even ban your account or IP from D3scene forever.
40. Using D3scene.com for merchandising your Programs/Products is not allowed. All Threads outside of the Tradeland which contain any attempts of trying to sell something are being closed asap and result in Infraction Points for the person who tried to sell something.
41. Don't steal content from other websites and users without honoring and asking the original author for permission. A good start always is a link back to website where you found the content. Don't claim other people's work as your own. Doing so will result in infractions or a ban.
42. Using the "Report to moderator" button for anything other than notifying us of a post violating the rules will result in an infraction being added to your account.

Here on D3scene, as far as we know, we only have Cheats/Hacks that change the byte patterns etc. of the product and do not use any material from the commercial copyrighted product. For a cheat to be declared illegal, this "requires the cheat/hack [fix] programmer to disassemble the program code and sometimes use part of that code to make the cheat [fix]." (BSA). Our Game Cheats/Hacks sections also acts as a library displaying many different individuals exploits with games. Therefore the Cheats/Hacks on D3scene are fully legal according to the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

Most of the cheats (hacks) on this website are submitted by 3rd party readers and their accuracy can not be guaranteed. We can not be responsible for this information or the accuracy/lawfulness thereof.

If you believe one or more of the works offered in our library infringes on one or more of your copyrights, trademarks, or any other legal protections, contact the administrator of the site with proof of ownership. If it is determined you are the rightful and truthful owner of the aforementioned work(s), the work(s) will be removed from the site within 7 days.
