    Does this change apply to the Freebie section where people share things that require you to share something or like a page on Facebook, etc? Also, should the "contests", which are like random drawings, be tagged as Free?

    If it constitutes itself as advertising something else, I'd say so.

    For example; If someone says you get a free key for a game from liking their facebook page, that is not free.
