ok first off you can't hack runescape with cheat engine, cheat engine manipulates client based games through altering values in you memory (RAM), and two if you were going to actually hack runescape you would need to connect through a butt load of telnet clients and a ton of vpns/proxies to even get to the stage of altering anything. Runescape sucks anyways, play WoW.
