OK so heres what you do to steal some1s account might work might not (its boring could take all day)

1.ok so just go to any bank like the varok west bank.

2.look for high level accounts or medium (70-90) that you wanna steal

3.open another tab or internet page and go to runescape.com

4. go to the help tab and click password recovery

5.then just type names you see that are med or high levels .....Some dont have recoverie questions is how you steal them. they dont have revoverie questions because they probably just got an acc back from being stolen or somthing.

REMEMBER: i said this works sometime i tested it on a level 68 dude and it worked dont get mad at me if this takes forever for you i am just trying to help

This would never work, you have no details.

Apart from the fact that it requires atleast an old password.. which you won't obtain from finding them standing about. You also need a tonne of other details - It can be hard to recover your own account at times; neverminds that of someone you don't know.

Not true. I was able to recover my old members account without a password of previous credit card data. But that was when I was stupid
