My small guide on Runescape.

Hello their, i see many of people who find runescape boring so i decided to come up with a guide to encourage more people to play!

Many fo you say "what a boring game just killing cows and chickens" thats what many people think but that is far from what the game is really like.

At the start of a game you start at a place called "tutorial island" this part of the games is very boring. If this part puts you off run through the tutorial island as fast as you can .

At the start of the game once you have finished tutorial island you end in a place called Lumbridge which is the basic starting area. Their are people here who you can talk to so you can get to know the game better and where to start.

Where is the best place to start ?
Well i would say that the best thing to do would be to choose what you want to be in the game as their are multiple choices! Theirs plenty to choose from such as archer, warrior and mage these are the 3 basics but their is a certain "breed" called "pures" and "hybrids". "pures" are when you focus on a single combat skill such as archery, strengh or magic. "Hybrid" is a cross such as strengh + archer, archery + magic, magic + strengh. The best thing you can be in the game is a "hybrid" but these are very expensive for your first choice in my opinion the first thing you should do is become a warrior that focuses on pure strengh this means you only ever get strengh up and maybe attack to 5 to weild steel and same for defence. Once you have chosen the skill you wish to get up start on weak things such as chickens, cows and goblins but then you can move up to scorpions, unicorns and bears and evetually greator demons which drop the best item in the free world known as "rune".

The PVP aspect
It may be their your a thrill seeking player vs player kind of person well in this game you can experience PVP! When you PVP in this place called "the wild" the further you go in the higher levels can attack you and you can attack them for example if your level 86 and your 10 levels in the wild 10 levels above and 10 level character below you can attack you and you can attack them. Also in the wild when you kill a player their items, weapons, armour is yours to keep as it drops when they die, if you attack them first a skull appears above your head and if you die you lose everything you have on you but if you don't have a skull then you keep your 3 best items.

Is membership worth the money ?
I would agree that it is worth the money because as a member you have access to the entire runescape world, its easier to levels your skills and make gold you also have access to all of your member skills. As a member you also have access to the runescape forums which is very handy for doing trads, learning more about the game, making friends etc!

Anti scam prevention follow and never get scammed again!
I am writing this due to the stupidly amount of noobs that get scammed and then they stop playing because of it. First of all when your playing in runescape NEVER give out your password! It's really that simple NEVER give your pass on these sites to claim to give you free dragon items, millions of gp etc they will just SCAM your account and everything on it. So DO NOT say your password in-game and DO NOT give your password out on any website or to anyone keep it personal and to yourself (don't trust no one)! Item scams in-game + trust trade scam, people will try and do item scams by changing the amount of gold or change the item. If someone is doing a trade and its to good to be true ALWAYS check the SECOND trade screen make sure its what you asked for or what he previous offered in the first trade screen. Another thing is people claim to do "trust trades" its basically where they offer to give you something as an example full rune (g) but to earn it you must offer and trade him the highest amount you can and then you give him all the stuff to see if he trusts you and then he apprently will trade it all back with full rune(g) try not to fall for that scam!

runescape "hack" programme's
Their are many sites that have these fake programme's that will just give you trojans and keyloggers so they can take your runescape account and all thats on it. To avoid this simply don't download and use tem as its obvious their fake now take this for example and listein good : their are NO hacks, gold hacks, items hacks, stats hacks in runescape ITS IMPOSSIBLE its all server side the only was to do that is to hack into their system.

Thanks Dokken im going to be advancing and improving this guide with screenshots . I will also add a anti-prevention scam policy that everyone can follow and they will NEVER get scammed again . I have got scamme doffull addy(g) + 500k + full rune so i made this policy that i would follow .

nice guide to bad I am high enough and rolling a pure(hybrid) / normal chracter. ;P
