In this thread, I will give you links to all the programs that you want. EVEN if you don't want them, I will put them here any ways. So to start off:

Spyware Doctor!!!!! Awesome, truly. I use it, it detects keyloggers, all spyware, even shows u cookies stored on your computer. Trust me especially on this one guys, its great. TeamViewer is like giving someone full control of your comuter for as long as you need, it can be to help with anything, or anything that you want it to be for! Even file sharing. Link: TeamViewer - Free Desktop Sharing and Remote Control

Best Online Translator, I know that its not a program, but it is very useful for me. It has every major language, like English, French, German, Portuguese, Spanish, etc. Even Chinese and Korean and Japanese if you sign up (Which is free) Translation Portal - Im Translator

Swift Sound is a voice recording software, for whatever your purposes, maybe to edit it, use for a video, post on youtube without a camera. Very useful IMO, thats why its here ;D Voice Recording Software - Download Audio Recorders

Ever wanted a free ventrilo server? Well, you can have one. It is legal, but you must have your computer on all the time, or however long you want the server to be up for. Game Cam records video game movies while you play. GameCam is a free alternative to Fraps that works really well. If you can't afford fraps or get tired of the free 30 second limit, check this out.
