Surely you know the FreeCall. This program allows you to free calls to fixed line (I hope) around the world. There is one problem that after a certain number of calls you get the error and you have to buy premium account. But as to simply bypass it, if set up a new account. Email may not be true and can name the type of account dfgdfgr8435sfg, because almost all are occupied
