Help Trojan messed up my computer

Hey A Trojan downloaded on my computer and my computer is really messed up. I disconnected the internet and ran my virus software which is Trend Micro and It found a Trojan and some other virus named fakeAV. I thought Trend Micro fixed the problem but the minute I reconnected the internet my computer went crazy. What do I do?

Get CCleaner.
And get Spybot S&D. Which removes spyware.
I use NOD32 as and antivirus though.

Run all of them then it should work? Try to avoid typing passwords.

spybot S&D is good.

if everything fails, try a reformat if you can afford to loose everything on your computer.

Spoon) is on a distinguished road
You should also use Hijackthis to remove bad entries
run the scanners in safe mode
once their done remove what they find
run hijackthis and remove any bad changes you notice
reboot your computer like you normally would and do a final scan.
If it's clean i guess it's safe to connect your interbuttz
