Need Help with uninstalling

Hello everyone, I need help with one software I installed on my computer when I installed new windows. The program is Norton Internet Security 2005 (I know its old but didn't have anything else at that time). when i go to Uninstall programs and try there it gives me:

All help is appreciated. I didn't try safe mode yet because im not sure how to do it.

check your task manager > processes look for ascompbr.dll then end the process and try uninstalling if that doesn't work go search function and search for ascompbr.dll then delete it if all else fails search and manually delete the folder and all .dll .exe files IF that fails you fail haha
