Hey do you guys know any program to edit videos? Like Puting something on the video like a head from naruto to put it on the place of mines...

I think Adobe® After Effects® CS4 are better and have more options. I mean Vegas is to make a video and slightly edit it while After Effects are to fully edit the created/made video.
