-> Run SC2 as administrator
-> Disable UAC / DEP
-> Turn off Anti-Virus software
-> Try to run SC2 in compatibility mode (WinXP)

Did you make sure VCMH.ini is in the folder, also copy the folder to a simple location like C:\Valiant_Maphack

may also be a dll that isn't registered I just don't know at this point what it might be, that is on your win 64 build but not on the vista - something basic and common

I am currently using it, and it seems to work normally, without any problems.

That is false on several levels

I don't think this hack was even released for season 1, but like all hacks it's very possible to get banned by user error, reports and Warden.
