It's the best game ever. If your bored then it just means you suck (no offense) but when you start playin masters and trying to reach #1 it never gets old.

I plaid anything you can imagine, Quake 3, Unreal Tournament, CS 1.6, CS source, Diablo, Dekaron, KKND, Red Alert 2, Xbox ...
I don't know man... It's hard to explain...

Sc1 was great ,... but after sc2 came out , I sold my ps3, and donated my xbox 360 to my younger brother... I guess it's the only game I play now... A+ !!!

For those new players that find it hard to enjoy the game... Please take my advice...
It will take a good year for you to be above average ... unless you have been playing other strategy games like red alert 2 etc...

Don't give up, once you get it, you will never be able to stop, and you will be locked to the game untll sc3 arrives you got my word on that !


I don't think it's worth $60 bucks... But, since I have no choice, I still bought it... As a matter of fact, I bought 3 copies, 1 for NA server, LA server, EU server, then I got banned in LA, and NA for hacking, then I bought 2 more accs.. so yeah, so far 5 copies for me ...

--I quit hacking, that will cut my skill in half for when I cant use it.

By the way, I only met this forum because bwhacks (the place where I was getting the hacks from) closed, and I followed VC here. and I don't jhave time to work on my source code to make it undetectible... Plus I dont hack no more so it dont matter.

But really dude, I hadn't been playing video games for a LOOONG time, and happened upon a copy of sc2 one day then BOOM, where'd my time go? It's not that it's the most graphically amazing game with anti aliasing and antisotropic blablabla'ing and realworld shadow texture blablablabla that everyone in the PC gaming world nowadays seems to trip over. It don't have all the fancy shmancy new, crazy features that use some technology that isnt even needed in the first place, it ain't the most cutting edge or whatever...... but it has this certain something that makes you not be able to leave your seat, and when you do, you regret it and keep thinking about going back to try and get one more acheivement, one more league advancement or whatever it may be, there's always something.
I find myself to be probably the worst player out there (probably because I stopped playing videogames for a while ) or maybe I'm just a sc2 n00b, but that's one of its' strong suits, you don't have to be great to enjoy it. My infamous daylong losing streaks are infinitely more fun than some shitty modern wargame that I could beat with my eyes shut and forget the name of despite how VISUALLY STUNNING it apparently was XD
It ain't too different from the first one, and that's probably what's best about it. If it ain't broke, don't fix it!
The price is still uber high, I'd recommened you torrent it, and try and find a cheap valid serial out there or look at some of the many methods of illictly obtaining a cd key that have been discussed in other threads.

Why not get a guest pass and try it out? IMO, your going to get 1000 different views. But for my 2cents, worth the money.
