Possible indictment for partially disabling a Teamspeak 2 server?

CARE, BIG BUNCH OF TEXT AHEAD, 45 MINUTES WORK, HF.

Alright, it happened like 5 hours ago when a classmate and I got really pissed. We gave our Cabal Online accounts to a former guild mate because we stopped playing, now that certain guild mate ordered stuff for my friends PayPal which he does have to pay.
This is when we took action. My friend had SA since about 2 weeks on the guildies Teamspeak server in exchange for his account, I took nothing. My mate created me an secondary (backup) admin account on the TS server in case anything worse happens.
We were pissed, so my friend deleted the users of the Teamspeak from the interface, including the SSA's server acc. I spammed with crash channels, there were about 100 or a bit more. We also crapped around like spamming CA or SA on each other.
Well, then we went off to McDonald's get some dinner, yeap, and now we came back. I logged onto the TS server as unregistered user while my friend waited in ICQ...
Well, my guildmate was on the server, the channels deleted, the TS resetted. The SSA did a server reset. Everything was alright until then, when he started talking to me. He was like "yeah um TS was hacked bla", I acted like I didn't know who is responsible.
"Well, the SSA will check what users were on the server at that time and find out their emails to check their provider, which he will report an abuse to, bla. Whoever was this, couldn't do it alone, that were 3 people at least!" (while it was only me lolz) "They used up 80% of the CPU of the root server within 1.5 minutes, that were 3GB of traffic. Whoever was this will have trouble, when we found out, we will sue him or them."

Now, that's the story. I'm a bit worried, lemme translate a few paragraphs of our law.

Code:
§ 303b, Computersabotage
(1) Who disrupts a data medium that is worthy to another by either

1. commiting a crime following §303a paragraph 1,

2. Adding, transmitting or entering data with the aim to disadvantage another

3. or destroying, damaging, disabling, deleting or changing a data medium,

is amerced with up to 3 years jail or forfeit.
(2) [...]
(3) The attempt is amerciable.
(4) Fatal cases are

1. causing a high loss of asset,

2. working for a company or a group which focuses on advanced commitment of computersabotage,

3. disrupting the supply of the population with essential goods or services or the security of the federal republic of Germany.

These all are to be amerced with 6 months of jail up to 10 years, depending on the fatality.

(5) [...]
I personally believe that they couldn't do me anything because we had SA on a legal way(another SA gave my mate, he gave me) and basically did not damage the server in any way, there were around 20 channels and in fact, they all have been deleted, but there was no information saved within these channels. Also, I have a record with the SSA saying that he wanted to reset the server anyways soon because there was a lot of inactive users registered.

I know such things pretty much scare people, but I personally am not scared, because, what should happen? IF they should punish me in any way, it wouldn't be too hard because I'm just 15, eh. =P
P.S: here's the Google translate of the paragraph 303b. http://translate.google.com/translat...e&tl=en&swap=1

I don't think you can get into that much trouble, maybe a slap on the wrist and a talk with your parents. Defiantly no jail time

Hmm, well I don't think they will have much luck in taking legal action against you...

This is for many reasons. Technology is ahead of the law, many things that are wrong on the computer cannot be punished by the law, because it is not yet against the law. Also if you didn't steal SA, then they can't punish you for that. Your also right, you are 15, any legal action taken against you would be very lenient, because they will assume that you are only a kid and, therefore, will act like one.

If nothing they could put any monetary value on was damaged, then they can't request compensation. The only thing I see that could go against your argument is this:

He could just say that he told you that, but he didn't really want to, I don't think a judge would agree that just because he said he was going to reset the server means you can do it by force for him.

If the guildmate ordered stuff on your friends paypal, then if any legal action is taken against you take some against him too .

Long story short, you would have community service (if they do that in Germany and I'm assuming they do lol...), a fine of very little money, or just a warning. I really doubt they will follow through with it anyways even if they find out it was you.
