Elemental War 2.0

Somewhat footsies like in concept. Eight unique elemental races fight for dominance of the Elemental Planes. Teams are divided up into Fire/Magma, Water/Ice, Air/Shadow, and Earth/Mud. Each race begins with an Elemental Hero, 4 minions, and an Elemental Overload; which contains many different upgrades; and begins spawning minions every 10 sec. The Overlords may be upgrades to produce Elemental Warriors, Knights, and finally Barons. Addition, minions are periodically spawned in the ethereal plane; which joins all the planes together. In addition to be able to use your minions to gather resources, players are paid gold = 5Gp per 15 sec accumulative. Heroes are auto recovered after death in ethereal plane, after a 7 sec/level delay. All elementals are limited to 20 per type. Aside from many surprises, each realm contains an elemental artifact; which provides three powers: an attack bonus, a custom aura, and a creature summon with cool down. Additionally, eight different custom IAs allows for solo play, or comps to fill in for missing players. Many unique/custom abilities, items, and creatures.
