If you are going to post a custom map please follow these guidelines:

If the file excedes 2MB compress it before uploading the file. (.zip or .rar)
Post a description of the map. (What you do in it...etc.)
Make sure you put the map in the right sub-section of the forums. (Roc or TFT)
If you are uploading multiple versions of a map put them into a compressed folder, instead of making a new post for each version.
Include a picture of the map description. Heres an example:


If you need a free image host, I recommend using ImageShack
If you need a free file host for uploading your maps, I recommend using RapidSahre
But you could also upload the files as an attatchement here at the forum.

If you post maps uploaded on other sites such as http://www.warcraft.org/ or another database of custom maps, please credit the site it was originally from.
