    When does battle.net reset wins/losses?

My friend has a 150 random wins icon, but it has a rec of 3 wins and 1 loss. lolz. He said that battle.net reset his stats but he doesn't know when they do it. I have a Night elf solo rec of 61-9, but my Orc rec is 5-17 XD.

It resets if you don't log in for 3 months OR you get banned for cheating.
    Active again.
