2) Any other requests beisdes a CP? Most of the times an RPG map is asked to have single player enabled also. If you do want it enabled, tell us what is the problem on the Single Player.

you can play this on single player. Works fine. u just want the regular cheat pack added like -gold xxx and lumber xxx -fog and lvl 300 etc.
