EX: An observer can see everything, and when you turn your hack on, you become an "observer". When you turn it back off, you are no longer an "observer". You only see what you have naturally seen.
Edit: To explain the "Iseedeadpeople" thing, it's that it works by triggers. "Event: Player (1) says string 'Iseedeadpeople' Action: Remove fog of war". There is a trigger that resets the fog of war, but it's obscure, and all explored area would turn black, just like in Undead Assault II.
well, observer can see the two players but they can't see the whole map. you need to have a command/feature/bug to explore the whole map with a button, everything else is just "nice-to-have".

better would be to use the function "Map Reveal" in the settings of creating a game.

you mustn't see the whole map... the observer view is enough! and this could rly be the trick to make the game think you are an observer! track this idea guys!

can you guys tell me how is it possible to be observer in an 1on1 ladder game?

if you trick battle.net and say you are, whos the player then fighting the 1vs1? doesn't make sense at all

    pheeR that's not the idea!

The idea here, is to create a maphack. That finds the offset in the game that we can hack. The offset would be one that reveals what an observer would see. That way when we turn this hack OFF then all the buildings and area that you as a player are not supposed to see, would become hidden again.

Triangle: Do you know how I can test this? I need to find a single player map that I can be an observer to.. perhaps with two computer players that i can look at one and look at the other. I wonder if we have the same problem even as an observer, where once the observer turns off vision of a particular team, perhaps the observer still sees that team's buildings in the fog of war? In this case this approach wouldn't be the solution. But I need to find a way to become an observer. I only play DotA and my maps don't have observer options.

i had trainers which allowed to open the "spectator mode menu" (which lead into an maphack)
in dawn of war i think. (and one game i cant remember)
    both were singleplayer only ofc.
