    You can modify them as much as you want, the map stays collided, since the game only checks for jass, ability files, custom unit files, terrain, etc.... Not other files. Otherwise dota wouldnt have been multi languaged.
    How's the maphack done then? You didn't explain that.

    i tried -ah but nothing happened for me. i don't know if it works.
    but you should know that -ah has alot to do with models.
    so basicly, u can't change map behavior without modifying the jass code,
    but the jass code of this map is exactly the same as standard one.

    iirc collided maps do not work anymore and have already been patched.You should not be able to collided maps anymore since it was fixed many patches ago
