It was leaked on ghozcraft.net or something like that, maybe they deleted the thread by now but anyway, there is one publicly availaible somewhere too (I think 1st-hacks).

This won't kill WC3. Believe me, you get tired after using it twice and people are not dumb enough to leave.

CheetCable is an unknown quantity at this point
It was in their download section a while back (saw it there a week ago, assuming it's yours), it has since been removed.

1st-hacks is for premium only I believe.
