ns tut... but never tried Cheat Engine on Wc3...

Does it work in battle.net ladder?
not sure... i think CE is detected by wardens..
also you go out of synch with others if im right..
Its for Single player games..I will teach you how to cheat in a single player game of Warcraft 3 with Cheat Engine.
Does not work for Battle.net or Ladder
Forgotmylogin, don't ever hijack my threads with useless posts ever again.
Thanks for the comments, guys. By the way, this form of cheating will work for any game (Within reason, don't try it on World of Warcraft.). Ive tested it with Age of Empires, some console emulators, and some other computer games. So, its really not useless at all.

Hey I've posted here before but it seems that they were removed...why?
because I was asking why my Warcraf 3 crashes, after I have ''Frozen'' the values.
Somebody adviced me to patch it to version 1.21, okay so I did, it worked but it still crashes! My OS is Windows XP Home and I have Warcraft 3 & The Frozen Throne cracked version and my current version is 1.21d (No-cd patch). Can you help me?
with engine you can also make namespoofer and so on
but all works only on one game when i made an executable
cuz those pointer don't wanna work for sure
someone an idea how to make pointer that work for warcraft 3 after a restart?

Cheat engines pretty good at finding the intial entry point for debugging but you won't get far in cracking using Cheat Engine's debugger, its rather sloppy and unintuitive. I use Ollydebug for almost all of my cracking; its far more of a professional tool.
Also, I've played around with certain cracks such as increasing all the units movements speeds, increasing windwalk duration to near infinite, increasing windwalk damage to huge amounts, but of course they all desync you with the server. I'm pretty certain however, that if you host a custom game then you can apply these hacks without desyncing because YOU are the server. So it'd be a pretty interesting thing to try it out. Note that since you can edit maps in the first place the fact that you can hack a custom map that you host as much as you like doesn't seem quite as attractive.
But yea, the only real feature that I find useful with CE is the feature that searches memory for something specific. Other than that learning Ollydebug will get you much farther.
If you freeze values you can easily change the state of the running program to a state that it should never be in and so unexpected results are expected. The feature that "freezes" values in CE is pretty useless because of this, unless you have exceptional luck, in which case you shouldn't be playing with CE but buying lottery tickets.
Yea you have to reverse it. Usually there is a static base for the pointer if you look far enough. It might take 4 or 5 redirections but you will find it if you look far enough. Another work around I use is that if you notice half the bytes of most of the pointers never change in a lot of situations so a search is not impractical and may save you the pain.
That's not an entirely true statement. The only way to be sure if something works on Battle.net or not is to actually try it. And no CE is not detectable on battle.net. CE does not attach as a debugger unless you want it to. It runs as a separate process otherwise. Furthermore, I've spent hours with a debugger attached (Ollydebug) to war3 on battle.net and no ban so far.

lol Just to clear up things...for those normal leechers..this does not work on battle.net and local hosting...This method is not supported the neccesarry steps to alter the triggers of the map not to cause dsyncs and disconnections...Its basically useless...TRASHED![]()
