That's not quite right.
Each account has a "trust level". (Let's say you the trust level starts at 10, but it could be any number). If you tiehack someone with the same trust level as you, both players tie, and both players loose 1 trust. If you tiehack someone with more trust than you, you loose and both players loose 1 trust. if you tiehack someone that has less trust than you, you win and both players loose 1 trust.
So here is an example of a way you could tiehack more than once:
-Create account A (10 trust).
-Someone creates account B (10 trust).
-Tiehack account B with account A... the result is a tie and 9 trust for both players.
-The next time you play with account B, you will know they have 9 trust. Tiehack them again. The result is a tie and 8 trust for both players.
Here is another way:
-Create account A (10 trust).
-Some jerk creates a account J (10 trust).
-Everyone hates the jerk with account J, so 5 people tiehacked him.
-When you play against the jerk with account J, he has 5 trust. If you use tiehack on him, you get a win, he gets a loss, he goes to 4 trust, and you go to 9 trust.
