Before you read: YOU MUST BE AT LEAST SEMI DECENT IN SOLO, ALONG WITH A FRIEND THAT IS ALSO SEMI DECENT IN SOLO, AND CAN BE ABLE TO ACTUALLY PLAY THE GAMES - however, you will RARELY meet anyone decent. If you can solo abuse normal ladder up to like 30-10, then you should be fine. This is NOT new, and has been around since beginning of wc3 tournaments, but I still rarely ever see people do it on west and east.
This is just a short and simple guide in which I compiled. Didn't feel like going through 20 pages to see if anyone else wrote it, but apparantly nobody else did.
For this, you will need TWO players you and your trustworthy friend that is at least semi decent in solo.
Step 1: You and your friend log onto the same account, so you have #1 and #2.
Step 2: Both of you search at the same time! This is the hardest part of the abuse, seeing you and your friend will be playing 0-0's, and some of them may be really good. You MAY get a loss here, but I find usually if you search at 25 minutes past the initial preliminary round signups, you won't be playing anyone good - I have not got a loss doing this yet. It also helps plenty of you have maphack.
Step 3: If both of you win, your tournament record will be
1-1, and not
2-0. However, you will still have both wins on your account and in your tournament wins, even when it shows as a loss on the website/upper right hand corner of the game. Now, keep repeating this until you are 6-0 (3-3 in tournament standings). By 2-2, you should be only playing really bad people, and the games get easier.
Step 4A (recommended if you are fairly bad in solo): If you want to just get the normal 8 games in, both you and your friend search at 3-3, and just end the tour there.
Step 4B (for better players): If you want to get past that, and get up to 9 (or even more) wins, one of you has to search at 3-3. Finish the game, and you should be 4-3 (or if you lose 3-4, but I highly doubt it seeing that at 3-3, your mostly playing 50%ers. If your reading this, chances are you have hacks of some sort, so I don't think you have a problem). Now, at 4-3, heres where it becomes entertaining. Note, at 4-3, you will start playing semi-decent players again, so put on your trypants.
Now, here is where you have a couple of choices. You can just have you and your friend search on #1 and #2, and get 9 games in (make sure not to finish your game before your friend finds one, or he will be prohibited from searching once you get 8 games in), or you can get (I haven't tested this out yet, but I presume it does work) any # of your friends to log on your account for #3, #4, #5, etc, and get 11-12 wins (searching will take a while though, seeing your all searching on the same account @ 4-3). Note: If one of you guys finishes your game early and some of the others haven't found, they will be prohibited from searching at 8 games.
Picture example for proof:
http://www.filecram.com/viewfile/9130792.htm . All 9 games were wins, but it shows as 4-5, and you will only match people with records like those.
Blizzard will NOT ban you for doing this, and getting past the 8 game mark. I have done it countless times before on my main, and have NOT been banned in over 3 years. Chances are, most of you will get 8 or so wins per solo tourney doing this, and it greatly helps your accounts overall and tourney percentage, with minimal effort.

If you have any questions, or if someone isn't clear, just ask and I will help you out. This gets the most out of a tournament, and is pretty much free wins if your even semi decent.
